Let me tell you YES!  Infedelity is excepted and looked over as if it was as normal of expected.
I am an American married to a mexican raised in the states all his life.  When we came to Mexico the me had a special name for my husband because he always cared to be faithful or considerate to me.  The guy's he worked with talked openley about cheating or not going home at night.  We have been here 5 yeasrs and realize it is about 80% of them that are this way
