.msc files do not work?

Question

when i try to open .msc files nothing happens, no error messages no nothing. If anybody has a fix for this that would be great, Thanks

I've just fixed it.

msc file must be opened by mmc.exe (microsoft management console)

1.Check your mmc.exe in

   c:\windows\system32\mmc.exe

2.Open file explorer>Tool>Folder Option

   >tap File Types>click to select extensions msc file

3. in field below   Details for "MSC" extension

    open with .......... Click "Change....."

4. in new window Click  "Browse...."

    select  c:\windows\system32\mmc.exe >Open >Ok>Ok

5. try to open msc file again ,it should be work.
