...my nails wont grow :(?

my nails grown till a certain point but then they stop and they become soft and they break..i tried nail hardener and some creams but they dont work..pleaseeee help !!

i take a calcium vitamin every night and since i started about 3 months ago ive seen a huge improvement in my nail strenght and lenght they look great

You have a calcium defisiency, need to drink lots of milk, also get some Nail Envy, you can order this on QVC channel, its by O P I.Its a little expensive, but well worth the lovely nails that will grow.

eat more foods with calcium. it will make your nails sttronger so they will grow longer

like ICE CREAM yummie Or sour cream

yogurt, the fun way to drinking milk is eating it with cookies.. so eat calcium

eat lots of sunflower seeds. This not only helps my nails grow, it helps my hair grow too.
