I know there are many posts on this topic but I would still like to know. how do you lose as much weight as possible in 4 weeks? I have been longing and wanted to wear a dress wear when my boyfriend returns in a 4 weeks from his active duty. but over the winter i have gained 13 pounds and need to know urgently what to do to get rid of it before he comes. He bought me this dress before he left and it fitted perfect.
