I assume 'x' is a multiplication sign

(4+7) x 2 = 22

4 x (7+2)  = 36  The answer is NO

This is not a hard question.

4+7=11

now multiply that times 2.

Now 7x2= 14.

multiply that times 4.

hmmmmm....you should be able to figure this out.
