  1. we have a plasmd construct of pbin ar, whenev i'm tryin to isolate a gene by restriction, the whole plasid is degrading. i checked t by addin the red buffer alone to the plasmid, it degraded again. not able to understand wat the problem is ???????????// can some one help me out....
