i cant stand up straight my back is always a little curved but i cant help it.my mom/family are always making mean comments and im tired

how can i stand up straight

  1. try to relax your back and try to be flexible by doing a backbend or something?

    thats a hard question

    maybe start sitting up straight too

    cuz you might be leaning and thats why u are a lil curved


  2. Ohh... Tough question.... I used to 'slouch' alot too....Then what happened with me was an old man told me to join the army.... I went to my ma and da and laughed at him and then they turned round and started going on all the time about me in the army... Scared the **** outta me.....

    Dont waste money on machines that do this and that cause most of the time they are a load of shite!!

    I personally now think its a phase that you have to grow out off.... Just stand tall alot more often is what i say.

    Go to www.footsmart.com and type in back care in keywords. This should help you keep a great posture!

    Good luck and ignore your family mine did the same thing to me! Now I have great posture!


  4. The easiest way is to stand and make your shoulders touch the wall. Do not make your back touch the wall though. You'll notice that your chest is brought up more and your shoulders are pulled back. This is how you know you're standing straight. Remember this stance and keep on walking and standing like this. Standing straight helps distribute your weight properly and putting more weight on one leg or crossing your legs while sitting can make your posture crooked!

  5. Yo Yo Yo, you must immediately find that machine being advertised that allows you to hang up side down. This will straighten your problem right out for you will not have to decide if your posture is correct or not. Will also align any part that needs it. A regular up side down routine for about 10 minutes a day and you will be way ahead from the competition for when you invert your body proper alignment take place. As for your family's wisecracks and mean comments just tell them "I wish you were part of the solution and not the problem" Then, out of guilt, they can buy you the "Inversion Machine" and if they behave, you can let them use it as well!
