there is a guy that i like but one of my friends likes him... it's not one of closest friends... But they talk with messages.. But i have the feeling that he likes me... But i can't do some move because of my friend.... what can i do???

Friendship can be tricky sometimes, and this is one of those situations.  I say, make your move on the guy. You really don't' know how your girlfriend will respond to your move. But you do have reason to believe that sh may make a move on him as well. If you wait to long then she may make her more and you will have lost your opportunity.

Maybe he wont care at all. You just don't know unless you ask her, but from you posting I get the impression that you and the other female are not very close to start with. You have no control over how she will react to it. So why stress over a situation you have no control over?

Since it is not one of your closest friends, but just someone that you talk to at school, then I would talk to him to and see if he responds.  You don't have to let your friend know anything.  If he likes you more than her, then it will be apparent in time.
