  1. I have two sons living in D4 land. They're from Donegal. They'd get the proverbial ripped out of them if started acting posh. The blow in D4's are fine. Can't speak for the born & breds though.Lol.I guess there's an odd one or two a bit up themselves.

  2. well d4 is a synonym for someone who's really stuck up heir own holes

a lot are but i know some who are really nice

  3. Not all but most lol!

  4. Ye they are like. some can be nice but they just ****** then when your gone

  5. Some of them. The stereotype isn't entirely true.

  6. yes

  7. The ones from Ringsend are not!

  8. no.

  9. yeah there all like ross o caroll kelly!!!!!!!!!!

  10. Yes,and wdf do the girls wear?

  11. No, not at all.  Every town and village in Ireland has at least some who think they are a step above everyone else.

D4 is only one of many places  (Killiney, Dalkey, Howth among others) which have become synonymous with the well-to-do.  Ordiinary people who became successful because of hard work, and perhaps an element of good luck. It is mainly the accent that can appear a bit lah-di-dah, but don't we all speak with the accent we hear all around us?

I don't live in D4 but know many nice ordinary folk there.

  12. Not all but a lot of them are.

  13. Yes. Most of them. All the people I have met from D4 are stuck up snobs.

    But then again, I'm stereotyping.

  14. No, I don't.

  15. nope.. like don't think so one bit... people just put that name on people.. why? like im blackrock,d4 im not a snob at all.. like i appreicaite everyhting i get.. and i earn everything.. and people who think we look down on them pheea sad .. like ..

  16. No of course not and i think its mainly the accent that gives people that impression!!!

  17. Not all of them...ahem....cough ; )

  18. I find it hard to believe that ALL people from a postal area are all the same, don't you?
