  4. It's Japanese.  Not sure what 'shuu' means here but if 'message' is pronounced as it is in English than it would mean "Thank you, but ----the message is not understood"

    wakarimasen: not understood

    technically, wakarimasen is not in past tense only in negation, but for smooth literary translation :

    "Thank you very much, but the message was not understood"

    is fine.

    The stylistic tone of this sentences is considered formal.
