Question:

" LIKE ICE ", a poem as I grieve

The words hung like icicles.

Cold, pointed, poised,

dripping ice and cold

in that frozen

worthless sun shine.

drip

drop

my soul, my thought

drip

drop

into that one time

frozen and quiet

for once-

don't move me,

don't come near-

Let me melt

away

    dripping ice and cold

    worthless sun.
