  1. seems like this person is hinting he/she is bad but slick and cool about it.

  2. It means that person thinks it's better to be bad than good.

  3. This is an old Mae West quote circa the 1930's which was a double entendre meaning when I'm good , let's say she's giving a good-night kiss, I'm good which is to say it is a pleasurable experience ... but when I'm bad, say she invites heavy petting or even greater intimacy, I'm better... which is to say, it is an even more exciting event .

Very risque talk for a woman back then.

  4. Everything good is bad, everything bad is good.

  5. It means - When I am nice I feel nice too but when I can speak my mind up in a forthright manner, despite hurting someone (who thinks I am bad), I feel much better.

  6. It means the speaker can be "good," but the he/she is more skilled at being "bad."  Bad can refer to anything that you really shouldn't be doing, whether because of morals, legality, etc.

  7. It's sexual double entendre.  "When I'm bad" refers to doing sexual things.

  8. maybe when you are a bad person you are sharper or more cunning, but being good is just being good. Being good seems to be expected and so is unrewarded. Being bad means you can accomplish more but you run the risk of being caught or feeling bad about it.

  9. it could be sports... when i am good, i am good (doing well) when i'm bad (not doing well) i'm better by giving the other team the win...

its gotta be something like that
