"$1 you call it," "drafts" and "wells"

Question

I just turned 21 this week and will be going out to the bars now. I've seen "$1 you call it" advertised a lot, and was wondering what this includes? I'm guessing it varies by bar, but is there anything standard, like bottles vs. glasses? Also, I've seen advertisements for drafts/draws/wells/etc., and was wondering what exactly this means (method of serving, typical brands of beer, etc.).

In other words, I'm just looking for information on how ordering at bars works for personal drinks and what the terminology means.
