it says "General Admission" does it include all the rides except for the racetrack and that weird.. bunjee like swing thing?

And does it include the waterpark?

It'll include everything (including all rides, free shows, and Splash works). The "Xtreme SkyFlyer" is another, separate ticket if you're interested.

General admission includes most rides and shows only special attractions are not included.  It will get youi on all the coasters and slides.
