Who pays for the "anti-weed" propaganda commercials they have on TV a lot? What are this person or group's motives?

    But also the pharmaceutical and drug companies. Their motives are to keep the 'street' drugs illegal and 'bad' so they can sell more of their drugs legally with good reputations.
