"Bandwidth Selections" setting not to be found. Can someone help me find it?

My videos keep stopping and I read that you can set the "Bandwidth Selection" at a smaller width to help prevent this from happening, but I'm just not finding that setting. I know it's supposed to be below the video, but I can't find it! Can someone help me locate it?

Bandwidth is generally the size of the highway your ISP has paved for your surfing enjoyment.  So improving bandwidth from an internet perspective might mean changing ISP's.

However I went to my Real Player to see if there was anything there that might help you out.  I did find something that you might play with.  Go to Tools, then Hardware.  Slide the  Playback Performance scale and then try a new video.  This might improve your performance.
