"CAR HELP" I am having trouble with an electrical problem on a 92 accord?

I recently brought my 92 honda accord to get the oil change and 25 point checkup. Well after getting that done i left and noticed that the guages wernt working properly and it seems that it started only after i got my oil changed and stuff. My speedometer and temp guages go crazy everytime i hit the breaks and sometimes when im just driving. What type of problem is this and about how much will it cost? I know its electrical but can ne thing else be causing this??

I seems as if the vehicle speed sensor has gone bad, on Fords it has this same simptom, don't know howmuch the repair will be on a honda though but on a Ford it's a ez fiz and then part iis about 30 bucks
