"Challenges breed creativity" ~How far do you disagree with this?

We are usually the most creative when we are attempting to push the outer limits of a specific discipline.  

Since that endeavor is one which no one else has yet to succeed in doing, we are challenged to the fullest to conjure up creative solutions which are both unique and also implementable.

I agree that challenge breeds creativity.

A really fun example would be the guys who escape from prisons.  That is a huge challenge that can only be accomplished through really creative thinking.
