  1. Sure it is. Why else do you think Lindsay Lohan gets more attention than any positive influence in the media?

  2. agree........

  3. Agree.

    Unless "controversy" includes noisy trolls.

  4. I agree, my dear!!

Without controversy or risk, what fun is there in anything? Seriously, I would actually hate coming on Yahoo if I never offended anyone by saying there's a need, (YES! A NEED! MUA HA HA HA) for feminism in third world countries where women are oppressed.

Remember that video I posted? Would it have been half as interesting to discuss, had it not been the slightest bit controversial? I live for controversy sometimes.

There's a difference between controversy and straight up drama though. *See first answerer for details on drama*

Controversy, to me, is having a different opinion than the "norm" and talking about it, with the thought, nay, expectations, that someone will either ask about it, or be offended enough about it that they'll do research on what I said.

If I wasn't the least bit controversial, I don't know if I would have made it through high school or university. You can't just take what everyone says as "truth". Just like I search every anti-feminist link and read it with complete open "ears", I should hope that when I provide credible links, the same would be done for me. There's 2 sides to every story, and if you don't hold the same beliefs as the other side of the story, you find it to be controversial. What fun is it having everyone believe the same as you? (whoa, my question mark works again!!!)

  5. Yes and no and sometimes!  ;P  As long as it doesn't go on too long, otherwise it can wear ya out.

  6. It is also the cause of many Divorces.
