  1. I can understand the need and desire of the government to try to attract new business by offering incentives like tax free areas and these SEZ, but not at the expense of taking from the people, or misusing quality farm land. Foreign investors are more than capable of offering FAIR Market Value for land that the owner wishes to sell. Under no condition should anyone be forced to sell. Any tax incentives offered companies should be evaluated and care taken to not cut so deep as to bleed government tax money to the point of harm to the people of the state. That is money for schools and hospitals and the welfare of the old, etc. Tax breaks are good for a short term only but the foreign investor should pay later down the road, a true investment into the country it wants to embrace.
