"DIN safety chambers" boats?

I am lookung for a small inflatble boat, and came across 2 categories -- with or without "DIN safety chambers."

What are/is DIN safety chambers?

DIN stands for "deutches institut fur normung" which is a european industrial rating system, much like CSA in Canada, or Warnock Hersey in USA. These chambers are rated to never deflate under adverse conditions, adding a safety factor into the inflatable.
