"Female sexuality is threatening." Please explain!!?

It's an outdated line; only wimps fear female sexuality now. Some decades ago, sexual assertiveness in women and the female o****m were considered myths, so when it did happen, some men freaked out.

"Female sexuality is threatening" has been used commonly by feminists as justification for irresponsible behavior.

Example:

Male: "I really have to have a talk with my girlfriend, her flirting is getting out of hand and it's disrespectful to me."

Feminist: "Oh you're just threatened by female sexuality."

It comes from very old thinking, mostly biblical. A woman's honor was her virginity, but not only her honor but her family's as well, because they may be ostracized for being related to her (like women in the middle east being raped and then disowned by their family). It is seen as the woman's fault for being devirginized (i.e. if she were less "forward" then her family's reputation would still be intact). This is how it was explained to me, but I'm not really sure that it's all that relevant in today's society.

Its not so hard to understand why this has always been the case, and remains so.  Do some research on the  Malleus Maleficarum, published in Cologne, Germany in 1487.  That would be a great starting point for you,  and the full-text (translated, of course) is available online:

Have you ever heard of burkhas, men calling women s****s, s***s, whores, etc? How about fathers wanting their daughters to pledge their "purity?" Fathers in other countries killing their daughters for s*x out side of marriage? FGM that mutilates women, etc. The list continues. Men want to make sure it's their kid so they want their wives to be  baby makers, but not enjoy s*x.

I think I may have come up with a theory why female sexuality may be threatening. If you look at societies where female sexuality is the most open, those are the same societies that die out and become history. I mean in many societies female sexuality is completely free. Women can be pedophiles and sleep with 10 year old male students and they're considered sheroes. Lesbianism is not just tolerated, not just accepted, but it's promoted by the media, most men, and just about everyone except perhaps a handful of "primitive hicks" in the bible belt. Here's the BIGGEST reason why female sexuality can be threatening to any nation.

When female sexuality is completely open, most women are either lesbians or bisexual with preference for women over men. Thus a society's birthrate plumits, and that society stops existing.

New research has revealed heterosexual women are more likely to be aroused by looking at naked women than naked men.

Dr Meredith Chivers, a research fellow at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health at the University of Toronto, has completed several studies on the arousal responses of men and women while they watched video clips depicting naked men and women in various sexual and non-sexual scenarios.

According to the New York Times, by using a photoplethysmograph (a device that measures blood flow to the genitals) Chivers found that when heterosexual women viewed naked women, their blood flow increased significantly, as opposed to when they viewed naked men.

Chivers also found that straight women, straight men and lesbians all verbally reported increased arousal when watching women, whereas g*y men 'were more predictably aroused by images of their preferred s*x'.

Sociologist Kirsten Mclean, from Monash University, told MCV that Chivers' study offers nothing new to what we already know about women's sexuality.

"There is a lot of research that says women are a lot more flexible in their sexual attractions and desires, and are more likely to move along the continuum, than men are," Mclean said.

"In terms of identification, men aren't as fluid; heterosexual men may have s*x with men but still believe they are heterosexual; and g*y men may have s*x with women but still identify as g*y.

"However, there has also been a study that showed lots of flexibility amongst a fairly young male sample, so maybe there's been a generational shift," she concluded.

It goes back to many Ancient statements including Plato the Elder. A Roman Senator. Female Sexuality if uncontrolled leads to societal breakdowns. As Men are never sure if the children they are raising are theirs or another Man's. DNA science is beginning to disclose some previously suspected but unknown realities about Female Sexuality.

That is Women have cheated alot more in the past than was acknowledged. The Paternity Awards show that many Women apparently play Provider Roulette, choosing a Man to list as the Father of their Child who is more likely to be a good provider than the actual biological Father. With the current system this is not a stupid strategy. But it is one that takes advantage of Men. Basic Blood tests show that 30% of Paternity awards go to Men who could not possibly be the Father of the Children they are paying Child Support for.

Many states have no sanctions for Paternity fraud by Women. And if she is married ancient Laws that the child of the Marriage is considered to be the Child of the Husband not the biological Father.

Chastity, virginity and ancient means of control protected Tribes, Family blood lines in the past. Many of these Laws are no longer relevant in the West, but still apply in the Third World.

It's threatening, b/c that means guys would have to deal with women sleeping with as many partners as they have had or they would have to deal with being rejected by a horny woman.  Some guys don't like to be with a woman that has had more sexual experience than them, AND they like to  stereotype that sexual women will sleep with anyone and everyone.

Saying that females don't like s*x as much just makes them feel better.

I know not all men are like this, but I'm talking about the men that do find it threatening.

Also, some females might find each other's sexuality threatening b/c they're worried about a pretty and sexual woman stealing their man.
