  1. It's saying that "Friendly fire isn't friendly."

    Friendly fire is a military phrase that describes when members of the same side open fire upon eachother. (Sometimes it's an accident, sometimes it's on purpose.) Whoever said this is implying that a friendly fire incident is never really a "friendly" thing at all. It makes sense that they would think that. After all, who cares if the people firing at you are your allies? They're still shooting at you, and that's never a good thing!! Hope that makes sense for ya. =]
