"Gang mentality"? Aspects?

Question

What aspects may lend to "gang mentality" or "vigilante" behaviors in groups. For example, Manson family? Street gangs? The 6 trolls that keep TDing me (although that may just be one person with multiple personalities...)?

Any ideas?

Sad to say but there are a few signs who can excell in the art of persuasion or the 'golden tongue'..... All it takes is one good 'Salesman' to 'sell'  to the lowest bidder and promise whatever might entice these people...life everlasting...to support whatever cause...drugs...power...

Manipulation is key! Sales pitch and strategy is a powerful tool in the hands of 'evil'! Body language, tone of voice, eye contact,...even flirting......Charisma!

It really is scary when you know that people out there are not only capable of doing these kinds of things but are more than willing!

As for the followers, I think its easier to scrape them up off the streets...people with broken homes or families....young kids who are naive and just looking for 'something' to believe in....people who are seriously depressed or mentally ill will follow anyone who agrees that they are stable and healthy....anyone who gets caught up in drugs and can't remember what reality really is....women who let their need to be loved overpower logical thinking....

As I stated in a previous answer, I don't believe that these negative qualities can be pinpointed by a birth chart...I think their lives also will add to this mentality even if it is false and they may seriously be ignorant to actual facts...like young children without proper guidance really have a difficult time trying to find their way and what may be right or wrong can be grey and fuzzy for them....

I will say that I do know several Sag's who can persuade others and decieve them....this is sad to me because I am a Sag as well....Capricorns can also be very convincing....

in my opinion, gang mentality  can be basically related to the herd mentality, but with notorious connotation.

the first thing that came to my mind is cancer only because i am one myself and due its sun sign description of living gregariously. it is true somehow that cancer are at their best/ peak of life is when they are surrounded by a group of people, ie, circles of families and friends. be it for the good or bad. the cancer can be comfortable and feels secured to the point of dominating. but thats rare, so usually the cancer might be one of loyal followers or closest allies to the head/ leader.

other bi polar, extroverted- introverted sun signs who are highly motivated to be sociably apt or inapt in order to be 'accepted' and deemed 'accepted' by a pack/ group/ organization, etc, regardless for good or bad causes includes scorpio, gemini, libra, capricorn, taurus, aries and leos. no particular order.

leaders would usually be of, well none other than the infamous scorpio, lol, gemini, taurus and aries.

i left out one sun sign out of each element, with the least outwardly obvious of following the crowd, are pisces, aquarius, sag and virgo. they, just from my humble observations, are the ones to follow by being rebellious but in a very subtle resistive manner, they still want to appear 'accepted' but not as aggressive and bold like the formers above. they are actually equally as powerful and highly influential, when given a hard thought about them.

specifically to vigilantes- gangerism, redundant/ excessive sense of destruction with strong intuitive- emotional conviction, possessive for self identification (brotherhood, affiliation, occults) well, no other than the scorpio characteristics. im not saying scorpio individuals, but the sign descriptions and attributes and ones who possesses them.

and for multiple personalities....hummm.....maybe someone with tons of major aspects of grand trines, grand crosses, stelliums or whatever, they certainly have alot of aspects to play around with to the point of self deception! heh. =)
