"Green Bags"?

I saw these at Target recently for the same $ as the 'As Seen on TV' commercial'. Can anybody testify as to whether these really work when it comes to storing fruits and veggies?

  1. I'm not sure if they work, but according to my mom, they do. She said they work perfectly with all fruits and vegetables. However, when she places them in the green bags, she has to put a paper towel under them, because the green bags "sweat" the moisture out.

Lol I know it sound weird, but when you reach in the bag to get your produce, you'll notice that they're wet (unles you use paper towel).

Oh, someone said something about not putting bananas in the fridge, and I would have to agree. Bananas just taste better warm =p

  2. Yeah they do work. But I would say that you should keep bananas in the green bags outside instead of the fridge. You can reuse them so that's pretty cool. Also, they do save you money. I usually had to throw away the veggies and fruits every week because they were rotten but now they stay good for like two weeks. Veggies are good for like three weeks. It's a good investment!
