According to Wiki, Michael Johnson's PR in the 100m was 10.09.

Usain bolt is also very close with:

100m = 9.72

200m = 19.67

400m = 45.28

So Johnson is closer, but I would say that Bolt has a chance at lowering his 400m time given his height and power.  It is extremely difficult to be good at both the 400m and 200m and even more so at the 400m and 100m.  Bolt proved you can be tall and a 100m guy.

Technically, Michael Johnson HAS indeed run these times.  He ran the 400m in a WR time of 43.18 and his 200m WR is 19.32.  His PR in the regular 100m is indeed 10.09, BUT given the time he ran on his 200m world record performance if you divide the time in half you get 9.66 for each 100m split so technically speaking he did run at least a 9.66 for one of his 100m of his 200m WR run.
