"He told on himself when he said that he knew she was 13, he could have used not knowing as a defence..?"

A 31 year old man meets on the the internet a 13 year old. She wrote him that she ws 25 but told him she was 13 a couple of months before meeting him. He had s*x with her. He was charged, he confessed that he knew that she was 13. So, it is a talkshow host who said that he could have denied knowing that she was 13. Aside from the fact that the perpertrator would have not been believed that he can't tell a 13 year old from a 25 year old when meeting her,what do you make of the talkshow host who says that? What is the socially responsible thing to do by people who heard the talkshow host?

well in all honesty nowadays you cant really tell a minor from a grown woman and vice versa...what the talk show host was saying that in our society you can actually get away with anything if you know the loophole, if he would have said he did not know she was 13 and built a case around that i believe the most he woulda got was community service...its america

That host is a horse's behind! ( My apologies to the equine population.) That 31 year old man is a child molesting rapist who should spend life in prison. that aforementioned HB doesn't sound much better, He should be fired from his show.

Everyone offended by that HB should right letters of protest to the producers of that show asking for his termination.
