I like to get my drink on every now and then but I hate getting all the calories/carbs from beer/wine/spirits? I usually drink mix with club or diet soda to minimize the sugar..Anyone have any good drinks?

  1. Diet soda will give you cancer. Aspartame is the culprit.

  2. Bloody Mary .... the tomato juice is good for you, and so is the celery stick:)   You can even switch to Virgin Marys (also known as Bloody Shame) later in the night (without vodka), and they'll look exactly the same, and no one will know you aren't drinking liquor anymore........

  3. Bud Select- No carbs and like 4 calories (not for sure exactly!)...tastes exactly the same.

Hard liquor:stick to vodka-not flavored. Dark liquor is not good for the health nuts. Stay away from soda!!!!! When I go out it's cran/vodka's...pineapple juice and vodka which is fantastic (and cheap)...or Cesar's/Bloody Mary's as already mentioned.

Keep in mind the higher the alcohol content the higher the calories.

  4. BLOODY MARY : Tomato juice, celery, pepper, salt and vodka

  5. Vodka and water with a twist of lime. I know it sounds weird, but it is really refreshing. Also, you don't feel so dehydrated the next day.

  6. Just have fun!

  7. I got these from Hungrygirl.com emails...Check out her website for a bunch more.
