if you can not upload *tub (.psptube) files to your site, try putting in compressed zip file "tube.zip", then make link,

the link is in itself with html tag, so if file is called mytubes.zip, and then with in folder of page you add

<a href="/directory url/ mytubes.zip"> mytububes name</a>
