Huayu Universal TV Remote Code List

How to set your universal TV remote :

1.Look for one code for your TV from the code list. For example: your TV is SONY brand then the code is 005.
2.Press “SET” key and “POWER” key at the same time until indicator lights up, then release the keys, it will enter the state of code input.
3.Input the three digit code for example: 005
4.The indicator will off after input three digit code.
5.Test to remote your TV whether can work or not.
6.If still not worked then repeat the 2-5 steps using other codes.

I think this works for programming any t.v. with the Huayu Universal Remote RM-36E+.

With the t.v. on, point huayu remote at the t.v. and press the TV/AV button and release.  Press & hold set button until it remains lit and then release, then press the on/off button repeatedly until volume level appears on screen. Then press ok button & then set button.  The light will go off.  Press the tv/av button & your remote is ready
to use.

2.Enter the 3-digit code. At this time the light is out. If the light flashes for two times, that it’s to say that you have entered the wrong code. You have to enter a new 3-digit code.
3.When the light is out, set up is finished you can use the controller to control your TV set.


For example you TV is a Hitachi. The 3-digit code for your Hitachi is “000”, you should first press “Set” button then press “power” button and release the two at the same time. The light is on then enter “000” code. When the light is out, the set up is finished.
