It;s from the Simpsons.  When the school found out Lisa wanted to be a vegetarian, they showed a Troy McClure educational film about meat processing.  The slaughter house was called "Bovine University".  At the end of the film, Ralph Wiggum said, "when I grown up, I'm going to Bovine University".  Get it now (or are you like Ralph)
