The former Internazionale Milano boss has expressed that he is used to of reacting positively whenever he receives criticism.
Real Madrid head coach, Jose Mourinho, has revealed that he is open to being told that he is making a mistake, stressing that he holds no grudge against the people who tell him that he is wrong.
The Portuguese tactician emphasized that everyone is entitled to their opinion, adding that he respects the opinion of others even if it comes from opponents or rivals. He went on to point out that things don’t usually go according to everybody’s liking
and that it is only normal to have a conflicting opinion.
Mourinho insisted that he reconsiders his decisions whenever he is told that he is wrong.

"I am not saying I am always right. I am open to people who tell me I am wrong, I like that - that they make me think or reconsider. But everything is easier when your ideas have an impact on the club. When you are the leader, you cannot forget that. I take
that on myself. I do not care what other people think, only my own."
"You need to know that, when you do not behave like everyone else, you create negative feelings among people but positive feelings among your own people.”
Jose Mourinho is now planning to win his third Champions League trophy as a manager.
