  1. Think about it, this is how insanely fast Usain really is: At Olympic trials, Tyson g*y ran 100 meters with the wind at his back, running all the way through the line and only ran a 9.68.

USAIN runs with no wind helping him, shutting it down with 15 meters still to go, flailing his arms all over the place, pounding his chest, throwing down a 9.69. He's truly remarkable.

I would have loved to see what he could have run if he hadn't started his early celebration.

Can't wait to see him in the 200!

  2. it would have been 3.6 seconds

  3. probobly like 2 minutes

  4. i think it was smart. he won and got the world record.  why go faster, especially when you still have the 200 m to run?  probably 9.55 tops.

  5. I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean by shut it off, can you add additiona details?

  6. Not much difference.

What are all 100m runners doing for the majority of the race?

    answer: slowing down

So him relaxing right at the finish, isnt like he stopped accelerating, he probably remained at a constant deceleration through the finish

  7. it probably could have been about 9.5

i think he is stupid for shutting it down

  8. probably 9.5

i think it was smart also

though i would like to watch him running with his full intensity
