Is he crazy, He knows I'm married. He says he wants to feel my wetness. How do I go back to work tomorrow and face him?

  1. Get a new job. Report him.


  2. In most states recording someone without their knowledge is illegal, keep the law on your side go immediately to HR if you don't get results go to the police. That was way over the line. If you see a lawyer right away you may be able to get him to pay you your wage while you were away on stress leave.

  3. You'd be a fool if you don't go back and face him. Oh yes, you may want to record him so you can have evidence when you are in court suing for sexual harassment. Really - Good luck and don't be pushed around by any supervisor.

    If not an option contact his boss or the business owner and inform them.

    This kind of behaviour is no longer tolerated in the workplace.

  8. Go down to Radio Shack or another electronics store. Buy a little digital recorder. They will record continuously for many hours. Start it when you arrive at work. When he pulls this again, take the recorder to an attorney. I suspect he'll do it on shares of your judgment. This is the clearest form of sexual harassment. It's called creating a "hostile work environment." Get it on tape and his insurer will settle up like a slot machine.

    Now, I suspect the attorney will tell you to make a formal complaint to H.R. if there is one, or to his boss. If so advised, do it. But first, make the recording. And, right now, tell someone who will be credible. Perhaps a friend who holds a position of trust. Ask them to write down the time and date and what you said and keep it for reference. Such a writing can be brought into court, and they can testify from it, even if they don't recall the details independently.  

  9. Go back and Go right to HR with this and see what they do to him. This is grounds for termination for sexually harassment. And it's actually blatant. People have been known to get canned for saying things like this and less!

  10. This is wrong. It is called sexual harassment, and he can go to jail for that. What you need to do is go to a lawyer and sue him. Don't go back to work. Follow my advice please. You are his employee and he has no right to say that to you.

    GO to your family doctor. for advise what kind of pills is good for a  STRESS. because  Your not feeling good LATELY  your under STRESS.  Usually  Doctor  will ask   you WHY ? till  your doctor.  your BOSS has been harassing you  lately. you do not know  What to do? once your doctor  know.   16. I'd go back to work... WITH A TAPE RECORDER... and after you have him on tape sexually harassing you, tell him you want to feel his wallet to see how big it is... cause you want to know how much your gonna get.... and that money WILL make you wet!

  19. It sounds like your in the beginnings of a possible affair. To protect your family, your self, and other potential victims I would get evidence of his intentions any way you can...(calling someone on ur cell and having them listen while you inter act with your boss...etc.) And file a sexual harassment complaint with either your company or attorney. Maybe you should contact an attorney first, and see what he recommends you do.

    Anyway, the point is that this boldness by ur boss is bound to end up tearing apart families and people. Stop him while you can. The biggest mistake would be to not do anything.

  21. hun. that is major sexual harassment. you should go to work tomorrow and tell your boss that what he said was unacceptable and that you will not accept that type of talk in your workplace. Does your job have a complaint system or grievance system at all. If so you need to write down exactly what happened and what your boss said. if it happens again then you need to take more severe actions such as talking to some one higher than your boss. i hope this helps.

Before you can report sexual harassment, you need to tell him on no uncertain terms that his advances are unwelcome and that he needs to stop immediately or you will report him for sexual harassment....THEN go to your HR department and let them know about both conversations and that you don't want to act immediately, but you do want to report it.  

    Unwanted advances are not technically unwanted advances unless you've notified the perpetrator that their advances are unwanted.  

    What he did is WRONG and you need to tell him that, in spite of your discomfort in doing so.  

    Or...you could tell your husband and let him handle it.
