  1. I don't know if this is the only source for that quote but they are lyrics from an Evanescence song-Field Of Innocence.

Here are some others that I find have a similar meaning...

I am not young enough to know everything." —Oscar Wilde

Sometimes i wish i was 6 years old again. Beacuse then all i had to worry about was what my barbie's name was, and did i climb the tree in the front yard enough, "unknown"

Pretty much all the honest truthtelling there is in the world is done by children.Oliver Wendell Holmes

Your quote also reminded me of child like innocence which reminded me of this list of funny things innocent children have discovered...

GREAT TRUTHS THAT LITTLE CHILDREN HAVE LEARNED:

    1) No matter how hard you try, you can't baptise cats.

    2) When your Mum is mad at your Dad, don't let her brush your hair.

    3) If your sister hits you, don't hit her back. They always catch the second person.

    4) Never ask your 3-year old brother to hold a tomato.

    5) You can't trust dogs to watch your food.

    6) Don't sneeze when someone is cutting your hair.

    7) Never hold a Dust-Buster and a cat at the same time.

    8) You can't hide a piece of broccoli in a glass of milk.

    9) Don't wear polka-dot underwear under white shorts.

    10) The best place to be when you're sad is Grandpa's lap.

  2. Evanescence - "Field of Innocence"

    Full lyrics:

    I still remember the world

From the eyes of a child

    Slowly those feelings

Were clouded by what I know now

    Where has my heart gone

An uneven trade for the real world

I want to go back to

Believing in everything and knowing nothing at all

    I still remember the sun

    Always warm on my back

    Somehow it seems colder now

    Where has my heart gone

Trapped in the eyes of a stranger

I want to go back to

    Believing in everything

    [Latin hymn]

When ignorance is bliss, 'tis folly to be wise.

  3. Belive only in your creature, that brings you to this world! you will get rest when you belive in THE ALMIGHTY ALLAH11

  4. Although this is not a quote but a poem, I hope this is still kind of what you are looking for.  After reading your question I was immediately reminded of it, as it is one of my favorite poems.  Please take the time to read it not only because it is such an amazing poem, but because it makes a powerful statement about innocence in such a creative, yet profound way. Enjoy...(-If you are having a hard time following it at first because of the way the author structured the stanzas, try reading straight through without pauses...in other words, ignore the stanza breaks and try reading the entire poem as one long sentence.)

    Cartoon Physics, part 1

    (by: Nick Flynn)

Children under, say, ten, shouldn't know

    that the universe is ever-expanding,

inexorably pushing into the vacuum, galaxies

    swallowed by gallaxies, whole

solar systems collapsing, all of it

acted out in silence.  At ten we are still learning

    the rules of cartoon animation,

that if a man draws a door on a rock

only he can pass through it.

    Anyone else who tries

will crash into the rock.  Ten-year-olds

should stick with burning houses, car wrecks,

    ships going down -earthbound, tangible

    disasters, arenas

where they can be heroes.  You can run

back into a burning house, sinking ships

have lifeboats, the trucks will come

with their ladders, if you jump

you will be saved.  A child

places her hand on the roof of a schoolbus,

& drives across a city of sand.  She knows

the exact spot it will skid, at which point

the bridge will give, who will swim to safety

& who will be pulled under by sharks.  She will learn

that if a man runs off the edge of a cliff

    he will not fall

    until he notices his mistake.
