What do you think of PETA putting up a million dollar reward for anyone who by 2012 can grow in-vitro meat that looks and tastes like the real thing. Do you think vitro meat would dramatically reduce the devastating effects the meat industry has on the environment.".

  1. That's a nice thought, but I ain't eating that c**p. It'll end up being like soy burgers and stuff. People will say it tastes just like the real thing when in fact it tastes like Styrofoam! No Sir, I don't like it!

  3. That sounds great for in outer space nutrient requirements. It would be a great thing to have that patent in 100 years! As to here and now - I prefer the 'natural' way - though I do not agree with many of the common animal husbandry practices when it comes to the meat industry. I think that there needs to be a strong revision of the industry and that if done the price of meat would be much higher, and people would change their eating habits.
