"India Tourist Office" In LA?

Looking for tickets to Delhi from LA and found an Indian government office called India Tourist Office.

I'm wondering if someone has used them to buy tickets for Indian Airlines?

Are the reliable?

Did you have any trouble with the tickets that were issued, seating on the aircraft and the reservation?
