I am intending to operate with this american broker. Are they allowed to operate on european soil? Any help to find in bce listing? (they are registered on UK)

  1. Most are licensed in their own state and must abide by their state laws.  I've not heard of an International Broker.  I would Google entity and individual.  Please be careful I think you're about to be scammed.
