Father & son, Michael does the boxing & Bruce does mostly MMA type stuff but does occasionally do boxing.

EXTRA, I just found out that "Maurice" is correct, they are half brothers who only met up about 15 years ago. Michael got his brother into announcing after Bruce was told to hang up his Kick Boxing career because of a brain injury.
