"It's fun to be considered crazy... not really"?

Question

For a long time, there have been stories about "extra-terrestrial" technology;

Many seem to have a problem approaching those logically.

In California, a man had a radio device implanted in his head;

it was made from materials not found on this planet...

The KGB has been using those since the days of the "Space Race".

Should America continue to pretend they won?

Just a mention of this, I'm sure, will encourage more ridiculous tin-foil hat mocking of me.

My mind fast-forwards and rewinds through time...
