The Spanish international is quite confident regarding his side’s chances of winning the silverware this season as he believes that they have the upper hand in the league table.

and that the trophy is theirs to lose.
According to Pique, Barca should keep up the level of performance that they have maintained so far in the league. In addition, they also need to avoid dropping any points as anything can still happen in the season.
"La Liga is only ours to lose," he was quoted as saying by AS.
"We're in a very favourable position, but we cannot lose a game. If we relax, the danger is that we go into a run where we don't win two or three games and lose our advantage.
"If we lose a game, nothing happens, but we cannot have a losing streak. We're having a great season. It's something else to watch my team-mates."
The defender made the statement following his side’s 4-1 victory over Atletico Madrid over the weekend.

Barcelona are currently at the top of the Spanish Primera Division’s league standings with a lead of 9 points.
