every now and then, my ciliatus eggs start to excrete a clear liquid

is this because the incubation medium (APS in this case) is too moist? or is there a different reason? I will be choosing best answer, THANKS!

  1. i've never kept geckos, but i didnt think that egg shells were porous?!

i'd say it's to do with the moisture in the incubator....have you tried adjusting the humidity and seeing if that helps?

has it ever happened before, and if it has were the geckos happy and healthy when they hatched?

if you are really worried you should contact a reptile specialist in your area and they might even do a housecall if you're lucky!
