Our Lady Philippine President is known to love China, and anything of Chinese origin. Her Cabinet Ministers are all ethnic Chinese.

Fortunate for the Chinese drug smugglers from China Mainland and Taipei, these foreign criminals once apprehended by the law, are just given a pat in the shoulder, figuratively speaking. All our government does is to repatriate them back to their country.

On the other hand, when innocent or unwary Filipinas, who are believe to have been used by syndicates to smuggle back to China prohibitive drugs; they are subsequently jailed with long years of sentences. Most, if not all these drug carriers are not professional smugglers; they are usually uneducated, naive, and all are from poor families. And their only fault is that they are not aware what they were carrying on their travel abroad.

In fact, just this week, 35 young Filipinas were rescued from their kidnappers which are connected to foreign base Chinese syndicate; the oldest among the victims is 14 years old and the youngest, 9 years old. The kidnapped victims are fed well like fattened animals and subsequently smuggles to other countries as young prostitutes, and some have their kidneys remove and sold.

Yet, our President, instead of making representation to China, to help these Filipina victims, about 54 of them caught as smugglers, out of humanitarian consideration and compassion, she have the temerity of encouraging China to go ahead an punish them.

Our President closed her eyes to the reality that all these Filipinas caught, doesn’t even have money on their pocket, and therefore, someone else could have financed their travel? Some couldn’t even speak intelligible English, so how could they have travelled if not for someone else who accompanied them and facilitates everything.

Our country is the only one wherein ethnics are treated like second class animals.

  1. what do you expect from a president whose brain is in her butts.

  2. the whole country is going down faster than the titantic.

  3. I laud our government's zero tolerance for drug smugglers.  But these people are still Filipino citizens  and therefore our government is still under obligation to provide legal counsel to them.  Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?  I suppose had the people involved been scions of rich families, GMA's stance would have been very different.

  4. When pinoys are presented with the evidence of our own inner evils as you mention above,

    how come we are still offended when a foreigner labels us as a society who:

    - allows our leaders to abuse us at will by robbing our national coffers and human rights;

    - allows and profits from the institutional neglect and desecration of our future, our own children;

    - vehemently claims godliness yet shows indifference to a mother and child who passes by begging for food;

    - vehemently claims nationalism while disdaining our own products in favor of imported goods.

    As a nation, we all deserve the suffering we bring upon ourselves....because it fundamentally our own doing.

  5. Sad, so sad.

    Words fail me.

  6. I'm Filipino and I am not aware of this was happening. The president shouldn't be praising other countries like China because all their people look down on the Filipino as lower class citizens and for her to give Chinese people who have committed crime in the Philippines with little or no punishment, Gives them an opportunity to do whatever they want and the people in China will think they will get away with anything since the president adores them so much. Favoritism shouldn't play a role in the law and government.

  7. SI GLORIA. salot talagang salot. kasalut-salotan!!!

  8. Let her conscience kill her. Let's all face the truth, we've got the worst and the laziest president ever!

    Mrs. President, go ahead of your cha-cha! Boooooo.

  9. This is the very sad truth. What is more depressing is that the officials who should be ameliorating Filipino standards are the same people that are downgrading us. No wonder why most Filipinos would want to be citizens of other country.

  10. For me if the person commited a crime whether she is a filipina , chinese, american, she deserves  to go in jail so that she will be punished and she will be reformed.  WE MUST FOLLOW THE LAW.  i I dont care whether she is a filipina or filipino what is important is if she is found guilty, she must be punished It is not  a reason that you commit a crime because you have no money and our country is suffering from poverty. WHY DON'T WE OPEN OUR MINDS  AND STOP BLAMING GMA OR THE GOVERMENT, INSTEAD  WE MUST FOCUS ON OURSELVES FIRST AND CHANGE OUR ATTITUDE.
