"Little tarzan" Child Bodybuilder...?

Who was that child body builder that they called "Tiny Tarzan" or ''Mini Tarzan" or something along those lines... I think it was discovery channel or something that did a story/documentary on him. I was just wondering because i can't remember and it's really bothering me...
