"Lumondaw" in the "mountain province" Philippines?

is this a safe place, and what are the dangers of it?

I lived in the Cordillera and I haven't heard of a town with a name Lumondaw in Mt. Province. Maybe it's a barangay name, I'm not sure or maybe it's Lunugan or Lonalo instead? There is a town with that name -Lumondao but it's at Davao City in the southern part of the Phils., Mindanao.

The Mountain Province has 10 municipalities, each with at least 10 barangays.  There is no "Lumondaw" in the entire province.

This paradise up north is particularly scenic, esp. the municipality of Sacada.  And yes, it is a safe place, a haven to its residents and tourists alike.
