Sabhi dharma aur sampradaya hume achha, saccha, madadgar aur sabhee ke saatha PYAR karane wala INSAANA banane ki sikshaa dete hain. Yahi jeene ka sahi aur sacche sukha vala rasata/marga hai jee.

This statement is oft misinterpreted. This actually means " Our faith does not teach us to  have animosity AMONG us (i.e. us refers to all followers of the same religion)".

So its like people of the same faith should not be enemies. It is intra-religion unification, not inter-religion. For that matter, many religions of the world preach that if you're not a believer in their faith, you'll go to h**l for sure.

So the answer is NO. A religion only unites its followers. It leaves them free to decide what they want to do with other non-believers.

I believe that religion unites the followers, yet it creates enmity between other religions.  Some religions actually command conflict (Islam forbids friendship with Christians and Jews in the Koran, and it also commands to kill polytheists such as Hindus or Buddhist...)  You cannot have peace with people who wish to see you dead.

I personally believe this:

1) Everyone has a right to believe what they want

2) Nobody has a right to hurt someone else because of their beliefs.

3) The religions are not all the same, are not all equal, and it is impossible for all of them to be true at the same time, because they all teach different things.

4)  Everyone who is honest should read the holy books of all the faiths and decide which is true.

I have read the Koran, the Hadiths, the Bagvad Ghita, the Eightfold Path, the book of Lao Tzu, the Book of Mormon, The Watchtower, and the Bible, both the Jewish and Christian portions.  I have also read the Satanist Bible (parts of it) and the Agnostic Bible.

My opinion is that the New Testament is best, the Koran is the worst.  Believe it or not, the Satanist and Agnostic writings were pretty practical, but they were very selfishly oriented, so definitely not the right path.
