"Majority of personality traits I hate happen to be a certain race"?

Question

Basically, my work friend says she's not racist, yet the guys that she doesn't like all happen to be a certain race. She's says she just hates how they act. Most of the guys around here act this way, if not all that she's met. How do I get her to stop generalizing when the generalizing seems to be true (for the MOST part).

Understand that while she's met a few that have made her realize that it's not everyone, MOST are still this way.

hey im that way....i generalize a group based on the characteristics that majority hold...

the thing is, your not gonna be able to get her to stop...the only way she will is if she fell for someone who was not her typical definition.

and in the end we all generalize in some way or another at some point...its always easier to generalize the WHOLE group to get the point across rather than take forever trying to be specific.
