"Manage updates that i broadcast" doesn't work. What else can i do?

In yahoo messenger 9.0 beta, the "manage updates that i broadcast doesn't work and a pop-up window appears with a certain URL (it's a very long url) which also says below the url, "Application not found." What could i do? Btw, the url cannot be copied.
