"Milaviparc Theme Park"?

Question

any one heard about it . .... it is more larger than Europa Park

i read about it in a page:

is it complete or still under construction

I think they abandoned the idea (see references below).  It was something about the canton of Freiburg definitively refused the right to MilaviParc to be built on the ground of Domdidier, which was to accommodate the park!
