"Must Knows" for Europe?

I am leaving to go to Spain, France, Italy, and Croatia in a few days. Could someone please tell me somethings that i should know before i go and some things i should know to never do if i don't want to anger the people there. please help! thnx

Wear a money belt.  Pickpocketing is a problem in some places like Barcelona, Rome, and Naples.

Don't take taxis from the airport unless you have to - they can be very expensive, and there's usually a train or bus to the city center that's a lot cheaper.

I wouldn't worry about angering the people - if you treat people with the same decency as you would at home you won't have a problem - the cultures are not that different.
